Sound Healing

Natasha's sound baths offer a nourishing space to drop deeply into rest, and connection with your true self-essence. Natasha uses a variety of instruments: Tibetan and crystal bowls, gong, shamanic drum and rattles, shruti box, guitar, chimes and her voice. Each experience is unique, but it’s common to experience deep relaxation, emotional and physical release, spiritual insights, and a sense of clarity.

Natasha completed her sound training with Siobhan Swider and the Sound Healing Academy and as a Healing Voice Practitioner with the College of Sound Healing.

Sound Baths

Natasha holds regular sound baths in Brighton on the first Friday of every month, a great way to rest and reset for the weekend and month ahead 🎶🥣💕

Spaces are limited, so early booking is advised.

What is sound healing?

Sound healing is the practice of using sound frequencies to bring the body, mind, and emotions into harmony. 

The entire universe is in a state of vibration: every organ, cell, and system in the body has its own natural resonance. When these vibrations fall out of balance, we may experience illness or tension. Sound healing uses resonance and entrainment – the tendency of weaker vibrations to synchronize with stronger, harmonious ones – to help the body retune itself.

Sound Healing Contraindications

Sound healing is generally safe and gentle, but there are a few situations where extra care is needed:

Pregnancy

Pregnant women, particularly during the first 12 weeks, are advised to use caution. Avoid having sound instruments directly on your body. Opt for gentle, external sound only.

Mental Health Conditions

Anyone experiencing serious mental health challenges should consult their doctor before receiving sound healing to ensure it is appropriate and supportive for them.

Sound-Induced Epilepsy

Individuals with sound-induced epilepsy should seek medical advice before participating, to ensure they are on suitable medication and not at risk of seizures triggered by sound vibrations.

Alcohol or Recreational Drugs

To fully benefit from the experience and stay safe, sound healing is best enjoyed when you are clear and grounded.
